Occupancy
The above rates include up to 8 people (including children). Add $25 per person per night after 8 people.
Rental Rooms and Furnishings:
The following items are supplied for your use: Completely furnished cabin with stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, plates, pans, knives & forks, TV & VCR, towels, clean sheets & blankets, shower, bath tub, wireless internet.
Reservations & Payment
Reservation may be made by an adult, 25 years old or older, by telephone only. Call 1-612-750-8877 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily Central Time. Payment may be made by telephone with a credit card. A deposit is due at the time of reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations
A cancellation may be made by telephone only. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will be assessed the amount of the reservation/damage deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund will be given – unless the Vacation Home is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.
Groups
We do not rent to high school or college student groups (fraternities, sororities, etc.) or any other group that intends to use the lake home as an “excessive drinking and/or party” place.
Health and Safety
All bedrooms have egress windows. Hard wired smoke detectors are supplied near each bedroom. Fire extinguishers are supplied. The well is tested annually for safe drinking water.
Cleaning
A thorough cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company after each guest leaves. Bathrooms are thoroughly disinfected and all linens are washed. To view our extensive cleaning checklist click to view.

Smoking
Sorry, smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Snowmobiles & ATV’s
The use of Motorized Recreational Vehicles (snowmobiles, dirt bikes, ATV’s, etc.) is not allowed anywhere around the lake home at any time. Storage on a trailer is permitted.
