Rates, Availability, and Reservation Requests

Our Reservation Process

The process is as follows:

  1. Visit the page for the property to wish to reserve: Sandy Point or Stony Point
  2. Confirm availability is open for the dates you wish to reserve.
  3. Fill out the reservation request form OR
  4. You can begin the reservation process by texting your request to 1-612-750-8877.  Please text Your Full Name, The Property Name, Check in and out dates and the Number of people in your party or email us at rentals@flagshiprentals.com.
  5. Review the Rental Agreement and other details. We’re happy to answer all your questions.
  6. Return the Rental Agreement and a copy of your driver’s license.
  7. All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and payment is made.
  8. A 4% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card, ACH are free.
  9. Renters should consider purchasing a cancellation policy.  Here is our recommendation:

  10. Receive confirmation of your reservation.

Policies

Because it is important to use that you understand all terms and conditions for your vacation to a Flagship Rental home, we have clearly addressed all policies in detail in our reservation agreement. We will provide you with a copy over email once you have selected a property and dates.

These are some answers to common questions.

AGE
Reservation must be made by an adult, at least 25 years of age.

OCCUPANCY
Each property has a maximum occupancy for overnight guests.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made by phone and carry a cancellation fee.

SMOKING
Sorry, smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home on any wooded decks or structures.

PETS
Pets are not allowed.

SNOWMOBILES & ATVS
Motorized recreational vehicles (snowmobiles, dirt bikes, ATV’s, etc.) are not allowed anywhere around any Flagship Rental Home. Storage on a trailer is permitted.

 

Health and Safety

  • All bedrooms have egress windows.
  • Smoke detectors are supplied near each bedroom.
  • Carbon monoxide detector near bedroom.
  • Kitchen fire extinguisher supplied.
  • If the property has a well, it is tested annually for safe drinking water.
