Duluth is a historical town and has a regional zoo, museums and plenty of light houses. There are 105 municipal parks in Duluth with hiking trails and waterfalls. Gooseberry falls is a particularly wonderful day trip. If winter is the season there is a full service downhill ski area and 44 kilometers of cross country ski trails near Duluth. Whether you stay for a weekend to refresh your spirit or a month you’ll never run out of things to do.
