Our Duluth Beach House is on Minnesota’s Lake Superior’s longest beach with a lake view and direct beach access. Cozy and comfortable four-bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully furnished vacation home, with vaulted ceiling and a loft bedroom. Oversize windows with an amazing lake view. A large outdoor deck facing the lake.

Our home is in a private setting only a mile from the Duluth Lift Bridge and Canal Park. The City of Duluth and the North Shore of Lake Superior offer a wide range of activities.

We welcome family vacations, corporate stays, and relocation needs for temporary furnished housing. A great family getaway that is professionally cleaned with all the conveniences of home.

November – March: Monthly Rate: $3750/month
Add $250 cleaning & $99 manager’s fee, plus tax when applicable.
Rate includes up to 4 people, including children.
Add $30 per night per person for each additional person.
Rate includes utilities: water, trash, wi-fi, lawn care, snow removal.
$500 refundable damage deposit (returned within 14 days after departure)

*Separate owner’s suite is located in the lower level, separate entry,
no cross traffic. Owner reserves the right the owner’s suite 24/7/365.

Reserve Sandy Point

All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and deposit. You can begin the reservation process by texting your request to 1-612-750-8877 or fill out the reservation request form below. Please text Your Full Name, Your Email Address, The Property Name, Check In and Out dates, and the Number of People in your Party.

Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage:  The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3-story property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic.  These areas are not included in the Agreement.  The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period 24/7/365.

Do not block the garage door or access to the garage – so the owners can access and use the garage 24/7/365.  Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floor of the home and the yard facing Lake Superior.

Note: Guest must climb a metal circular staircase to access the upper bedroom loft and 1/2 bath, as well as a dedicated office desk area.
